Sara founded Moxi in 2013 and has since transformed it into a multi-location, inclusive, and sustainable business. While she’s now less often behind the chair, her focus has shifted to working behind the scenes, where she’s most passionate about creating an exceptional client experience and mentoring her team to build successful careers and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Outside the salon, Sara enjoys traveling, reading in the sunshine, and spending quality time with her family—whether biking, kayaking, or exploring new adventures.

Meet Gabby, our vibrant Guest Experience Expert and the friendly face greeting you at the salon or the kind voice on the phone. With her sunny disposition and love for fashion, she creates a chic and welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Gabby is also the proud human mama to our guest greeter, Rigatoni. Her passion for exceptional customer service ensures that each visit is not just about beauty, but also a positive and memorable experience.

Paige has been a dedicated member of the Moxi team for 8 years, specializing in blonde hair, highlights, balayage, and dimensional color. With extensive education in these areas, she excels in creating beautiful, customized looks. She also enjoys perfecting grey coverage and grey blending techniques with highlights. Outside the salon, Paige is a passionate homesteader, cultivating her own vegetables, raising pet chickens, and tending to her vibrant cut flower garden.

Tiff brings nearly two decades of expertise to the salon, mastering a wide range of styling techniques. Known for her versatility, she has a special passion for creating flattering haircuts for fine hair, perfecting body waves and perms, delivering seamless grey coverage, and executing sharp clipper cuts. Outside the salon, Tiff stays busy dedication to  animal rescue and her love of powerlifting.

Kacie joined Moxi in 2024, bringing 8 years of experience with them. As a versatile stylist, they excel in all aspects of hair, from sharp clipper cuts to beautifully crafted highlights. Kacie's laid-back, positive vibe ensures every client feels comfortable and at ease in their chair. When not at the salon, you can find Kacie competing with the Erie Roller Derby or enjoying the fun and excitement of a Renaissance Faire.

Meet Rylee, whose infectious energy brings a lively and upbeat vibe to the salon, making every visit a fun and enjoyable experience. Specializing in all things hair color—whether it's blondes, highlights, or both natural and vivid hues—Rylee is also passionate about educating her curly-haired clients, offering personalized styling techniques and product recommendations to enhance their curls. Off-duty, Rylee's love for animals, nature, and outdoor adventures shines through. Whether she’s creating your perfect look or getting lost in a good book, Rylee's vibrant personality and expertise make every salon visit a joy.
